MakeMyAtlas

Mall navigation and a live store directory

MakeMyAtlas turns a mall’s floor plans into a 3D store directory shoppers can search and follow — from the car park to any store, food court or restroom, by escalator or lift — on their own phone or a kiosk, with no app download.

Built for retail

  • Categories, sub-categories and opening hours for every tenant
  • 3D parking levels and “find my way from the car park” routes
  • Food court tables, kiosks, ATMs, prayer rooms and restrooms
  • Store links for your website, social posts and promotions
  • White-label embed in the mall’s own app or website

Update tenants in minutes

When a store opens or moves, your marketing or operations team edits it in the Venue Studio and presses Update — visitors see the change within a minute. A spreadsheet of tenants can update names, hours and phone numbers in one import.

Replace or support static directory boards

A QR code on every directory board, at entrances and lift lobbies, opens the live map exactly where the shopper is standing — and the same map runs on touchscreen kiosks.

Answers

Common questions

How do “You are here” QR codes work?

Each printed code encodes the map link plus the exact spot where the sign hangs. Scanning it with the phone camera opens the map with the visitor’s position and facing set, ready for directions — no app and no Bluetooth needed.

Can I embed an indoor map on my website?

Yes. Every published MakeMyAtlas map can be embedded with an iframe, white-labelled, and linked to a specific place, floor or route (for example from the car park to a clinic, step-free).

How many visitors can use an indoor map at once?

There is no practical limit. The map is served from Cloudflare’s global edge cache and all routing runs on each visitor’s phone, so 10,000 people using the same map at the same time is normal.

How much does indoor navigation cost?

With MakeMyAtlas you can build and publish one venue free. Paid plans start at $79 per venue per month (₹3,999 in India, AED 299 in the GCC), with optional managed mapping from $390 one-time. Because it needs no beacons or other hardware, there are no installation or battery costs.
